I find it hard to believe that this federal judge believes he can run this country. Wonder if his days are numbered as a federal judge, maybe he should run for Congress or the next presidential election. I am sure the dems would support him over Ms Camila. Or maybe the governor of California.

This is over a writ of mandate, effectively assuming and exercising the executive authority. No such authority exists. He is not part of a Superior Branch of Government, rather he is part of a coequal branch with intentionally limited authority (review not direct executive action) to prevent those with lifetime appointments, who are unaccountable to the People, from deposing the People of their power through the electorate. We all saw how it was intended to work in the last election – not some Judge continuing the rule of either party after an election.
