Thanks for this analysis. As a Louisiana expat I was wondering what was going on there. The dems have to give up on identity politics, oppressor/oppressed philosophy, and reverse racism. As an old time liberal, I recognize that the new dems are truly illiberal and are setting back race relations everywhere. When the pendulum eventually swings back in their direction, let’s hope they remember these mistakes.

There was this group of “whites” from a certain area in Scotland “ . They were ostracized by their own race in Scotland. A large group settled in Appalachia. They were hated there. They started fighting, were drunks and LAZY, and NO ONE wanted them around. Many of this group moved up North and within months of settling, word got out that if one family showed up to a place to rent , their mode of speaking, the rental property was suddenly rented out to others.
