Wow, they’re literally making it MORE difficult to buy a home in a market that is already extremely challenging. If you save up and improve your credit (AS YOU SHOULD) then they punish you for doing the right thing. Unbelievable.
This makes me sick. My home wasn’t 400k but my credit mid 700’s and I put 20% down. I hate this administration. They are pieces of crap. They are rich it doesn’t harm them it harms us middle class. 400k in NJ is basically the bare average suburban home.
