No . . . SCOTUS decision means that all air pollution, unsafe food, water pollution will now be legal at the discretion of CEO’s who now don’t have to dispose of toxic waste safely, and will make more money if they don’t have to clean up after themselves. SCOTUS decision means that any polluter is now free to ignore the people who actually KNOW not only how to dispose of toxic waste safely, but what the health hazards are if you just dump, for example, gold-refinery biproducts into the river your drinking water comes from. This was absolutely not a decision in favor of any “freedom” beneficial to “we the people.”
And it has nothing to do with the ability of insane murderers to buy guns, or the ability of law enforcement to keep guns away from problematic people.
Solomon taught us this; Even though King Solomon was wise, he “pondered and made a thorough search” so that what he wrote would be correct and pleasant to read. (Ecclesiastes 12:9, 10) This type of wisdom and understanding can come only from a deep knowledge of Almighty God’s written word, the Bible. How can we attain such deep knowledge of His Word? By being obedient to Jesus, our now ruling king, who commands us; Matthew 28:18 Jesus approached and spoke to them, saying: “All authority has been given me in heaven and on the earth. 19 Go, therefore, and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. – Jesus knew that it was only by teaching the Bible to others that each of his footstep followers, of which I am one, could learn the Bible and through our obedience, we could put what we learned FROM His Word into practice in our lives (John 17:17 Sanctify them by means of the truth; your word is truth; we are sanctified by His Truth when we put into practice in our lives what we learn directly from Him through His Word.) Please remember that Almighty God has guaranteed in His Bible that the earth will exist forever as our home AND that we will be returned to the original perfection that Adam lost through his disobedience; we qualify for such kindness when we obey His son, our now ruling king, Jesus. That perfection, once it is returned to us, means that we will live forever here, on our home forever, the earth.
