I once went to a Caribou drive thru and this young woman was laughing her rear off and totally had me wait there until she 1. Took my order 2. Handed it to me. When it was time to pay she finally paid attention to me and said “it’s going to ask you a question” I looked her in the eye and was like there’s no way I should pay a tip for such lame service. The look on her face though when I declined to tip says it all. Some folks feel entitled when they don’t even work to earn that tip!
I walked by two Wal-Mart employees chatting near the self checkouts. As I was scanning my groceries, one of them literally walked up to me and asked me leave a review after my checkout. I was flabbergasted. If anything, they should be leaving me a review for how well I went through self checkout.
