This is BS!! African Americans should not receive one cent. I am sick and tired of the Black Americans getting special treatment! When I see a Black man with a White Female, it makes my stomach sick! What about the Native Americans, the American Chinese, the Japanese Americans and the Mexican Americans. All of these folks should be given better considerations. As a whole, what about our homeless and our Veterans? This is total stupidity!! The Blacks should not receive one cent. They have been given enough time and opportunities to go to school, get a descent education and the door is wide open for them to obtain good jobs. Many of the Blacks are too lazy!! Everyone should be treated equally and not discriminated against at all!
Amen you forgot welfare checks, free housing, free college, food stamps, unequal opportunity and that equals repayment!
