I think the Democrats lost because the boss, Obama, believed that supporting Harris would attract women and the Black community by emphasizing her identity however she isn’t black. During her interviews, she often came across as if she were intoxicated, and her speeches were full of confusing “word salads.” Then there was “Tampon Tim,” who they thought would appeal to white male voters and the gay community, but he was widely seen as wet noodle. With those two running for President and Vice President, it was a campaign that seemed doomed from the start.
