After watching the security video and watching DePapp breaking in, WHY did the police hesitate when the damage on the door was plainly visible and should have triggered them to enter the home, without knocking and announcing themselves. I listened to the 911 call, which was enough, on it’s own, to initiate the police responding to the residence, Paul Pelosi was NOT acting normally, under the influence or just stressed??
