US President Joe Biden is “hopelessly incoherent and inept,” says Sky News host Rita Panahi. Joe Biden has been widely mocked on social media following a recent gaffe which saw him read aloud his autocue instructions during a White House address. “It is noteworthy that the percentage of women who registered to vote and cast a ballot is consistently higher than the percentage of the men who do so – end of quote, repeat the line,” Mr Biden said.
