Joe Biden’s agenda is going to be “done” when the Republicans take the House, says Sky News contributor Megyn Kelly.
“The Biden presidency, for all intents and purposes, is over,” she told Sky News host Paul Murray.
“He won’t be able to get any legislation passed through.”
