Woke Drew Brees and His Final Game Meltdown

On Sunday, NFL superstar Drew Brees crumbled under pressure in what could likely be the final game of his career.

The quarterback for the New Orleans Saints single-handedly led his team to a loss in an ugly 30-20 playoff loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in an empty Mercedes Benz Superdome.

Brees was once one of the most widely respected players in the NFL; however, all that changed when he alienated his fans by apologizing to Black Lives Matter for saying: “I will never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag of the United States of America or our country.”

His admiration for both of his grandfathers who defeated fascism in World War II led to him defending the flag and only mildly reprimanding the disrespectful national anthem protests.

After he was thrown under the bus by his black teammates Michael Thomas and Malcolm Jenkins, Brees and his wife groveled and asked for forgiveness from the mob that seems as if it will never be satisfied.

He made his apology when BLM was actively engaged in domestic terrorism — acts of burning, looting, and rioting in major American cities.

On Sunday’s game, the Saints quarterback threw three interceptions.

Although the Saints were missing Taysom Hill’s services as he was out with a knee injury, Brees played badly without question.

In contrast, former Bucs starting quarterback Jameis Winston was responsible for the Saints’ touchdown that caught Tampa Bay completely off guard.
