Signing the 2020 National Defense Authorization Act, former President Donald Trump established the United States Space Force, as the armed forces’ sixth branch.

“It was nearly half a century from Kitty Hawk to the creation of the Air Force. And now it’s 50 years after Apollo 11 that we create the Space Force,” said the former president during the signing ceremonies.

However, Biden wasted no time slapping the sixth branch.

“Wow, Space Force! It’s the plane of today! I am happy to check with our Space Force point of contact. I’m not sure who that is. I will find out,” a grinning White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said when a reporter asked about the incumbent president’s plans for the Space Force.

Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Ala.) of the House Armed Services Committee almost immediately condemned Psaki’s comment and asked the secretary to “immediately apologize.”

Rogers said that it’s awful to witness how the Biden administration’s press secretary shrug off an entire military branch like a punchline of a joke. He added that China would surely find it funny.

“The Space Force was passed with near-unanimous support in Congress, the same type of ‘unity’ President Biden is supposedly working towards,” Rogers continued.

“Jen Psaki needs to immediately apologize to the men and women of the Space Force for this disgraceful comment,” the congressman remarked.

Another House member blasted Psaki’s unwitting reply. Rep. Michael Waltz (R-Fla.) criticized Psaki’s comments on the Space Force.

Waltz clearly demonstrates how the Biden administration does not take China seriously and instead goes on demeaning the Space Force personnel’s incredible work.

Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (R-CO)also commented on Psaki’s disgusting response. The new House member tweeted, “The Space Force is an official branch of our armed services, and the Biden administration goes out and openly mocks it on television for all to see? The level of disrespect they have for those who serve is disgraceful.”

Realizing her misconduct, Psaki later released a half-hearted apology on social media. She tweeted that the administration was looking forward to the sixth branch’s continuing work and invited its members to visit the briefing room anytime for an update on their “important work.”
