This is How Democrats Are Planning to Rig the System for 2024…

It’s amazing how the Dems still can’t get over President Trump despite their candidate “winning” the presidential seat.

Their move to impeach Trump drags along, but it appears that there wouldn’t be enough votes from the conservatives in convicting him. If so, their nightmare will come to life in 2024, when he reclaims the presidency.

The Dems seem to know this, as they already begin to plan to rig the next election using a 14th Amendment provision.

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment states, “No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”

So, how does this affect Donald Trump?

Scholars say that the disqualification provision was intended to keep former Confederate officials from re-entering public office unless Congress permits them. It’s said to be seldom invoked over the last 150 years, but never against a president.

However, the means is being targeted as a possible legal mechanism for keeping Trump from running for the presidency again. What are they so scared of?

“It’s an idea that’s out there that I think people are contemplating in the accountability space,” said Democrat Sen. Tim Kaine.

“I just want us to choose a path that maximizes focus on the Biden-Harris agenda,” the senator added.

Connecticut Sen. Richard Blumenthal said that the 14th Amendment was hypothetical yet could apply to Trump’s case through a Congress resolution.

“The remedies of the 14th Amendment certainly may be appropriate for someone who incites an insurrection as Donald Trump did,” Blumenthal said.

Fellow Connecticut Sen. Chris Murphy echoed, claiming it’s too soon to consider but was definitely something to contemplate.

Murphy said, “All of these are questions of the first impression, in terms of constitutionality,” adding that a 14th Amendment is an avenue separate and aside from the process of impeachment.

Meanwhile, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer hasn’t mentioned the 14th Amendment measure, but claimed he would vote to prevent Trump from holding any elected position again should the Senate rule in favor of his impeachment for “willfully inciting violence against the Government of the United States.”

Schumer said in a speech this week, “After what he has done, the consequences of which we were all witness to, Donald Trump should not be eligible to run for office ever again.”

It’s only funny how far they’re willing to go to prevent a beloved man from ever rising again to power. They are oblivious to the kind of leader Trump has shown to his people.

That, or they’re hiding something waiting to be uncovered.
