Nothing could probably be as cliché as slavery reparations being used by the Democrats only during the election period.

NFL legend Herschel Walker said all the talks by election-runners is just “pandering.”

Walker also spoke during the Republican National Convention in support of the president. He volunteered to send away the activists demanding to defund the police.

The legend footballer chastised the leftists for using the race card in the Democratic National Convention.

“You all have been in the office for years and have done nothing for the African-American community. Yet, every four years, you do this for a vote,” Walker said.

An interview with Martha MacCallum, a FOX News Host, paved for Walker to address Dem. Gov. Gavin Newsom’s recent drama. The governor signed a law aimed to create a new task force designed to look into slavery reparations.

What better timing than the election period.

“As one nation, we can only truly thrive when each of us has the opportunity to thrive,” the governor began.

Our painful slavery history has evolved into structural racism and bias built into and permeating throughout our democratic and economic institutions,” he concluded.

Walker didn’t buy the spectacle.

Instead, he was upset because what those politicians do is pandering for a vote. He claims they are paying African-Americans rather than empowering them.

“They [Dems] don’t have an answer for what President Donald Trump is saying, in trying to empower the African-American community by putting jobs, better education, and small businesses. The African-Americans owned businesses in the areas,” the footballer said.

He pointed, “What they are trying to do now is pander for a vote.”

Walker also referenced the adage about teaching the people how to fish instead of giving them a fish.

According to him, the Democrats are just simply trying to buy the votes. Their leaders have suggested reparations yet was denied by the Republicans, arguing it could reach trillions.

“What about empowering you to run your own businesses? What about empowering you to become a doctor? To become a lawyer? No one thought about that,” he said.
