On Sunday, Judge Timothy C. Batten ordered freezing all Dominion voting machines in Georgia.
Attorney Linn Wood said, “Defendants are ordered to maintain the status quo and are temporarily enjoined from wiping or resetting any voting machines in the State of Georgia until further order of the Court.”
However, the judge reversed his decision later on the same day when the defendants claimed that the state counties controlled the Dominion voting machines.
Lin Wood tweeted, “What??? The judge reversed an order based on Defendants’ claim that GA Counties control voting machines.”
“Machines are owned by State & @GaSecofState administers state laws on elections. Why are GA officials determined to wipe these machines clean by resetting them?”
Late Sunday, Judge Batten then issued a temporary restraining order for ten days against evidence’s destruction.
Judge Batten stated that the defendants are enjoined and restrained from destroying, altering, erasing, or allowing alteration, erasure, destruction of any data or software on any Dominion voting machine.
Various controversies in the 2020 election have gone up in swing states as Matt Braynard, a former Trump campaign data strategist, claims that the FBI requested his voter fraud findings.
Braynard founded the crowd-sourced funded Voter Integrity Project, where the data in the recent election were used to check for irregularities where alleged voter fraud may have been rampant.
The former data strategist tweeted, “Update:- The @FBI has proactively and directly requested from me the VIP findings that indicate illegal ballots. – By Tuesday, we will have delivered to the agency all of our data, including names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.”
Braynard added that there might have been legitimate criticisms on the deep state leadership in the past years, but several patriots within the rank and file still fight to uphold the Constitution and Law and Order.
