Democratic Presidential candidate’s family bears a damaging blow in a report released by two Senate committees.

Ron Johnson, the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman, and Chuck Grassley, the Senate Finance Committee Chairman, released the report entitled Hunter Biden, Burisma, and Corruption: The Impact on U.S. Government Policy and Related Concerns Wednesday.

The report also says Hunter Biden’s role “was problematic and interfered in the efficient execution of US policy to Ukraine.”

The report claims the previous administration refused to acknowledge the “glaring warning signs” when Hunter Biden joined the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, when his father was still the Vice President.

According to the report, Hunter Biden’s position with the Burisma firm “created an immediate potential conflict of interest,” considering his father’s involvement in US policy toward Ukraine. “Hunter Biden’s post on Burisma’s board negatively impacted the efforts of dedicated career service individuals fighting to push for anti-corruption measures in Ukraine.”

The report presented the following:

Joe Biden’s Office and State Department officials were aware of but ignored concerns relating to the younger Biden’s role on Burisma’s board. George Kent, the former Acting Mission Deputy Chief at the US Embassy in Ukraine, primarily raised his concerns to the said office.

John Kerry, Secretary of State, falsely claimed he did not know Hunter Biden’s role on Burisma’s board.

State Department officials perceived Mykola Zlochevsky as a corrupt, “odious oligarch,” but Vice President Joe Biden was advised not to comment on Zlochevsky. Biden was recommended to say, “I’m not going to get into naming names or accusing individuals.” This then raised suspicion on why would the Vice President avoid the discussion of corruption.

While Hunter Biden served on Burisma’s board, the owner, Zlochevsky, allegedly bribed officials under Ukraine’s Prosecutor General, Vitaly Yarema, $7 million to close the case. Kent testified that the bribery occurred in December 2014. He, together with the Resident Legal Advisor, reported the allegation to the FBI.

Hunter Biden was a Secret Service Protectee while on Burisma’s board from Jan. 29, 2009 to July 8, 2014.

Obama administration officials and Blue Star Strategies, a Democrat lobbying firm, had consistent and significant contact with Andrii Telizhenko, a former Ukrainian Official. The group met at least 10 times.

Other key findings in the report also include:

Burisma paid over $4 million for Hunter Biden’s and Devon Archer’s board memberships. However, other transactions were made, which amounted to millions of dollars from foreign nationals with questionable backgrounds.

Archer received $142,300 from Kazakhstan’s Kenges Rakishev, allegedly for a car.

In 2014, Elena Baturina, wife of the former mayor of Moscow, sent $3.5 million wire transfer to a bank account under Rosemont Seneca Thornton, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden.

A bank account was opened by Hunter Biden with Gongwen Dong, amounting $100,000 to fund a lavish global spending spree with his brother, James Biden, and James’s wife, Sara Biden.

Hunter Biden had business ties with Chinese nationals linked to the Communist government and the People’s Liberation Army, such as Ye Jianming and Gongwen Dong. The associations resulted in millions of dollars in cash flow.

Hunter Biden paid Russians or other Eastern European women allegedly linked to an “Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring.”

The bombshell report continually put the Biden family under intense criticism.
