White House advisor Stephen Miller told Fox & Friends on Monday that a different set of electors would vote for President Trump, and the result would be sent to the Congress.

Although the Electoral College was set to vote for Biden, an alternate set of electors that would cast votes for Donald Trump is a crucial strategy to re-elect the POTUS if the campaign wins in the battleground states’ court cases.

The advisor explained that the Trump campaign’s legal complaints would be taken seriously due to this measure. The “alternate slate of electors” can then be certified should the team win in the cases.

Miller added that January 20 is the only date in the Constitution; thus, they would have more time to straighten the fraudulent election result and certify President Trump as the real winner.

“An alternate slate of electors in the contested states are going to vote, and we’re going to send those results up to congress. This will ensure that all of our legal remedies will remain open. That means that if we win these cases in the courts, that we can direct that the alternate slate of electors will be certified,” said Miller.

Miller added that Georgia, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania state legislatures could also do the same.

“If you just cured three simple constitutional defects, Donald Trump is the winner of this election,” Miller stated.
