The Lordsburg Border Patrol station received a call for help from a citizen who encountered a group of migrants near the Commodore Road in Lordsburg, New Mexico. After a while, the U.S. Border Patrol Agents were able to locate two children and one female adult. The mother stated that the other child was not her own and told them she just found him walking through the desert unaccompanied.

The group was found seven miles away from the nearest roadway. When they were confirmed to be unharmed, the eight year old boy was immediately transferred to the El Paso Sector Central Processing Center, a place where unaccompanied minors are being held.

A local news reporter said that those unaccompanied migrant children were “most likely left there by smugglers who only care about making a profit.” He added, “They don’t care about human life and putting these kids in desperate situations and very dangerous circumstances.”

The El Paso Sector Central Processing Center is working closely with the Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) to provide a safe settlement for these children.

The number of unaccompanied minor migrants continues to increase up to more than 15,000. However, the Biden administration still refuses to acknowledge the severity of this crisis, contrary to the fact that they have deployed FEMA and asked for assistance from NASA to help with the border crisis.
